[01]$Standard License: You are purchasing a license to use this asset in your own server/community. You do not own the asset, model, textures, files, brand, or rights to redistribute it.
[02]$Server Monetization: Standard public releases may be used as in city donor/import vehicles or paid server assets, as long as the asset remains escrow/protected and is only used inside the purchasing server/community.
[03]$No File Resale: You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, leak, trade, reupload, share, or provide the asset files to anyone else.
[04]$No Unlocking / Ripping: You are not allowed to unlock, rip, de-escrow, reverse engineer, extract, or attempt to access protected model/source files.
[05]$No Claiming Ownership: All assets remain the property of Null Modifications. You may not claim the asset, model, design, textures, or edits as your own work.
[06]$Escrow: General public release files will be escrow/protected. Normal server-side files may be left open where needed for installation, handling, config, or basic setup.
[07]$New termCustom / Exclusive Work: Custom one of one, server-exclusive, or unescrowed projects are handled separately and may have different pricing, permissions, and delivery terms agreed before purchase.
[08]$New termEdits & Modifications: You may only edit files that are intentionally left open. You may not edit, modify, or alter protected model/source files unless Null Modifications gives permission.
[09]$New termRefunds: Due to the digital nature of 3D assets, all sales are final once files or asset access have been delivered.
[10]$NewSupport: If there is a real asset issue, Null Modifications will provide reasonable support or fixes. Support does not include custom changes, extra edits, or unrelated server setup unless agreed separately. term
[11]$New termViolation of Terms: Breaking these terms may result in removal of support, blacklist from future purchases, and action through Tebex, Cfx, Discord, or other applicable platforms.
